Inspired by a beautiful paisley pattern on a piece of fabric, this design is hand drawn using several techniques, crosshatching, line variance and the pointillism technique - that's all dots except where it's solid black. (I don't have enough patience to do solid black dot by dot!) The intricate design reminded me of an old burlesque fan dancers fan - hence the name. It's titled, signed and dated on the opposite side, all with hand lettering.
